Massage:

Treatment for pain relief or relaxation. Each massage is tailored to the specific needs of the client. The pressure, focus areas, and techniques are always adjusted to suit your comfort level.

Techniques offered: treatment-focused deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish, relaxation, and lymphatic massage.

Energy Therapy: 

An energy-based approach to health and healing. Clients are guided through meditation techniques that teach them how to consciously shift their attention, while I use my hands—either with light touch or no touch—in a heart-centered and intentional way to help restore balance and re-energize the system, which may be depleted due to various factors.

These factors include, but are not limited to, illness, injury, grief, past trauma, unconscious and reactive negative energy patterns, medical conditions, surgery, and medical treatments. This approach helps reduce pain and anxiety while offering comfort and relief.

While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a super-bill that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
