Massage:
Treatment for pain relief or relaxation. Each massage is tailored to the specific needs of each client. The pressure and the focus of areas and techniques are always adjusted to suit your comfort level. Techniques offered: Treatment focused deep tissue, myofascial release, swedish, relaxation and lymphatic massage.

Energy Therapy: 
An energy based approach to health and healing. Clients will be guided through meditation techniques that teach you how to consciously shift your attention, while I use my hands, with light or no touch, in a heart-centered and intentional way, to help bring balance and energize your system, which has been depleted due to many factors. These factors include, but are not limited to: illness, injury, grief, past trauma, unconscious and reactive negative energy patterns, medical conditions, surgery and medical treatments. It reduces pain and anxiety, and offers comfort and relief. 

Rates:

Have a referral from an MD and want to use your insurance for massage? While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a super-bill that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you're interested in this option, please reach out and ask for more details prior to booking your session.
